Billing

At Blessed Billing, a dedicated billing manager, specializing in your choice of an EHR, will oversee the process of payment reconciliation from start to finish. Your individualized account representative will generate and submit claims on a weekly basis to each insurance company, post payments and EOBs as they are received, and refile any rejections or denials, all while keeping detailed documentation and providing you with monthly updates. Accounts Receivable is closely monitored, and we strive to go above and beyond standard practice percentage goals.

Credentialing

Let us reduce your stress and save you time by managing your contracting, credentialing, and provider enrollment needs. Our team is both knowledgeable and experienced in commercial insurance credentialing, Medicare, Medicaid provider enrollment, and contracting for providers specializing in behavioral health and substance abuse, nationwide. Our staff is professional, friendly, and always responds promptly, keeping you informed throughout the entire process. We send out bi-weekly updates which allow you to track the status of your credentialing application for each network.

Consulting

Consulting services are available for front office staff, office administration, billing and HR departments. We assist in the initial setup of brand new practices and in developing process improvement plans for existing practices. Confidentiality is strictly maintained with all provider information and we are HIPAA compliant. Initial consultations are free of charge and meetings can be scheduled in person, over the phone, or via video software. Scheduling is available on a flexible timeline including after-hours and weekends.
